Eligibility Criteria for MESCOM Recruitment :
  • Educational Qualification :
  • For Assistant Engineer : Candidates Should possess/acquire BE of a recognized University/ Institute or AMIE (India) qualification in Electrical/Computer Science/Information Science/Information Technology/ Electronics & Telecommunications/Electronics & Communication/civil.
  • For Assistant Accounts Officer : Candidates Should be a M.Com Graduate of a recognized University or pass in ICWA/MBA (Finance).
  • For Junior Engineer : Candidates Should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Electronics/ Telecommunication/Civil of a Polytechnic of the State of Karnataka or Equivalent qualification.
  • For Assistant : Candidates Should be a holder of a Bachelor degree or Equivalent qualification of any recognized University in the State of Karnataka.
  • For Junior Assistant : Candidates Should have PUC qualification or Passed Equivalent Examination or Diploma in Accountancy and Auditing or in Accountancy and Costing awarded by the State Council of Vocational Education Government of Karnataka.
  • Nationality : Indian
Age Limit : As on 15.02.2016
  • For  General Merit candidates : 35 years
  • For Category IIA, IIB, IIIA and IIIB candidates : 38 years
  • For SC/ ST and Category I candidates : 40 years
Job Location : Mangalore (Karnataka)
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Aptitude Test.
Application Fee : General Candidate and Category I, IIA, IIB, IIIA, IIIB have to pay Rs.500/- and Rs.250/- for SC/ST Category through Challan in e-post offices in Karnataka State.
